- 4 (4-5 ounce) chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup (6.5 ounces) basil pesto
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella optional
Preheat the oven to 500°F. Pat the Pesto Chicken dry and trim off any excess fat if needed.
